We can enhance its curb-appeal and value with simple projects such as carpet cleaning, exterior/interior touch-up painting, and power washing to more complicated projects such as kitchen or bathroom remodeling, complete floor upgrades, and extensive painting of the home. If you are a buyer getting ready to move into a new home, we can help with everything from a fresh coat of paint to deep cleaning or landscaping. Realtors, we are always available to save you steps and money.
Remodel – Remodels are more extensive than a simple refresh or basic repairs and touch-ups. They sometimes require permits and can include layout changes, new cabinets, bathroom additions, and rerouting plumbing and electrical systems. Depending on the situation and the needs of the client, we can have licensed electricians and plumbers involved from start to finish.
Property Improvement Projects (PIPs) – time to upgrade or just fix something that is broken and outdated? We do floors, concrete staining, concrete overlay systems, garage floor epoxy, 2nd floor covering, living spaces, water-proofing and more. Give us a call and let’s sit down and discuss your options.
Education with a Teaching Spirit – If you find yourself with a proposal or a report from a contractor and you would like help to ensure you understand everything and that you are being covered without unnecessary work, we will sit down with you and offer our extensive experience to help you make a sound decision. There is no cost to you for this service, as our objective is to start a relationship with you and possibly next time be your first call.
Decks, Fences, Screens, Front Doors – We build a variety of decks in any size, any type of wood, covered, in-ground or on a slab. We also build new fences and repair existing ones to include power washing and staining. We also refinish front doors – removing them and working around the clock to stain and coat with urethane in a variety of sheens.
Leaks – we have many years of experience in locating leaks and repairing them before more damage can be done, such as mildew and mold. We use infrared and moisture detectors to understand the big picture and offer the best solution.
Additional Projects – We have been doing business in South Texas for many years. If you have a project in mind and it’s something we just don’t do, we have many trusted contacts that can save you money and get your project done right. We use 3rd party contractors for custom showers and glass, counter tops, concrete pours, and much more. If you need a barndominium built, we know exactly who you need to speak with.
